Common problems of cold laminating film

- Large loss and high scrap rate
During production, due to the various size of the substrate, and the inconvenience of sticking,  the large amount of waste are generated during film coating, and the scrap rate is high as 15%.

  - Inconvenient sticking, strong smell

The poor ductility of the cold laminating film leads to inconvenience and difficulty in application. Inkjet printing inks and adhesive materials have a heavy odor, and the odor is difficult to volatilize in a confined space.

- Crimped edges, black edges, wrinkles, bubbles
The film may easily peel off above +40°C and will easily break below -5°C. Curling, shrinkage, breakage, bubbles and wrinkles happen easily after a short period of time. 

Material that cannot be coated by cold laminating film
UV picture, leather, tablecloth, knife scraping cloth, wallpaper, wood grain paper, etc. the surface cannot be protected by cold laminating film from color ink fixation and anti-scratch tratment, After a period of time, the picture will be decolorized and the texture is poor.

What is liquid coating ?
- Liquid coating cured instantly by Kana LED UV instant curing coating machine forms a glossy or matte protective film on the surface of soft roll inkjet printing product.

Physical characteristics of liquid coating
