Common problems of cold laminating film
- Large loss and high scrap rate
During production, due to the various size of the substrate, and the inconvenience of sticking, the large amount of waste are generated during film coating, and the scrap rate is high as 15%.
- Inconvenient sticking, strong smell
The poor ductility of the cold laminating film leads to inconvenience and difficulty in application. Inkjet printing inks and adhesive materials have a heavy odor, and the odor is difficult to volatilize in a confined space.
- Crimped edges, black edges, wrinkles, bubbles
