1. The machine adopts a combined design: After installation, the size of the machine is 2.0 x 2.3 x 0.8 m, and the volume is 3.7 cubic meters; The outer packing size of the machine is 1.5 x 0.6 x 0.5 m, and the package volume is 0.45 cubic meters. Packaging volume is only 12% of the size of the whole machine; The machine is equipped with a full set of installation tools, users only need to follow the installation instructions to install the whole machine easily.

Operation methods of the stretcher:

1. Put the lifting platform to the lowest.
2. Place the screen frame on the lifting platform and put the screen frame coating glue upward.
3. Evenly coating glue on the screen frame and place it for a moment (due to different ambient temperature, glue and glue volatilization time).
4. Spread the mesh after the coated surface is not too sticky, Try to straighten the mesh all around with a clamp.
5. Turn the hand wheel to tighten the mesh from the four directions; Turn two or three hand wheels evenly from the same direction to ensure the mesh tension strengthen step by step.
6. In order to ensure that the mesh can be evenly stretched without tearing, try not to stretch it in one step . Two or three steps can be adopted:
Step 1: Stretch the mesh to a slightly tight state (using the tension meter measured in 5-8 N), paused for 5-10 minutes, let the mesh fully extended;
Step 2: Turn the hand wheel again to tighten the mesh (using the tension meter measured in 12-15 N), paused for 5-10 minutes, let the mesh stretched again; (need 12--15 N tension mesh can be used)
Step 3: Turn the hand wheel again to tighten the mesh (using the tension meter measured in 20-24N above);
7. Turn the handle of the lifting platform to lift the screen frame to contact the mesh, and evenly coating glue on the contact
surface between the screen plate and the mesh;
8. After the glue is dried and solidified, loosen the hand wheel, open the clamp and take out the screen frame.
9. Complete the stretching work.
