Responsibilities:
As an Overseas Sales Representative, my responsibility is, basically, offering my clients the best service possible. My duties include:
1. Replying inquiry emails. I always reply inquiry emails within 12 hours of receiving them, including in them detailed information about our products in order to better inform the customers.
2. Introduce matching products to them. If the product I recommended is not suitable to my clients, I need to understand their ideas clearly, and then try to search for products that match theire requirements.
3. After-sales service: Once I do business with some clients, I will call them periodically to ask them about the state of our products. Their comments and advice will help me in future situations.
Aspirations:
It has been almost 5 months since I joined the Sign-in-China.com family. The working environment is very pleasant and inspires me to act thoughtfully. Since I started working here I have had some troubles, but with the advice and sense of direction that was given to me, I was able to get on my feet again and move on. I am young and looking to learn new things, as I told my manager when I first spoke to him, and Sign-in-China offered me a place and an opportunity to grow; I will repay them with my hard work and dedication. I feel honored to be a part of their team and I love my job.
