Features
Material flattening and straightening structure
When flat aluminum coil is slight deformation, User can make material smooth and flat by adjusting this structure，it will make sure that machine can work well.

Mechanical arm alternatively feeding structure (closed loop self-test system)The new design feeding structure is good at feeding more thick material 

Feeding structure use grinding ball screw, more higher precision,more stabilization.it will make
sure that the length data of letter will be same as original size. so that the processed material can match with the back board well.

Circular progressive slotting structure
The slotting structure can make sure that the depth of groove is same all the time when machine working ,it is good for welding letter when the user need to make SS strip with Metal board together. the processed material will not be
broken easily.

High hardness slotting knife
Planer tool can be used to process flat metal,such as stainless steel / galvanized sheet / Iron.replaceable blade ,one side have four tool nose,eight tool nose in total , lower use cost.

The purpose of the punching function is to help the users in completing the splicing process after letter processing in advance, saving processing time. Users do not need to manually punch again, improving processing efficiency

About Notching structure, there are two type of notching shape(30°/ 120°), it will be automatic chosen by software when machine process different letter file.

Reserved position cutting function,After cutting, the first section of the material should avoid the position of the back panel of the letter shell, which can make the splicing effect of the letter's first and last sections better.

Ball screw drive flanging structure by servo motor When flanging structure is working.
It can fold 0.6-1.5mm flat aluminum coil, the width of flange is 10mm, simple machinery structure make sure that machine will run steadily.

Telescopic dual axis alternating bending structure
This bending structure is more suitable for processing letters with small curvature. The bending curvature is precise.

High quality servo motor and driver it will make sure that machine can work well, servo motor will make bending structure more powerful ,and machine will get high precision.
